Description

This synthetic gem of electric blue regularly pulses with concentrated quantum energy. Created in imperial laboratories through crystallization of pure arcanotechnical Flux, it stores an energy reserve usable to short-circuit the constraints normally imposed by spell invocation. Its use immediately restores the caster's Flux reserves and accelerates the recovery of a spell on cooldown.
